SaSaZu´s Chef Ari Munandar has put together special New Year´s Eve menu. Precise combination of amazing tastes of Asia, extraordinary atmosphere, vivid colours , sensual scents and flavours create an extraordinary and unforgettable New Year´s Eve 2018.
The evening starts with oysters Fine de Claire, combined nicely with Tobiko wasabi caviar.
Your taste buds will experience the finest taste of Thai papaya salad and your senses will explode after one sip of coconut-corn soup.
We will continue with our legendary SaSa crispy roll, made of salmon and tuna complemented by black sesame sauce.
You will experience the taste of Balinese monk fish, beautifully combined with coriander, panko shrimp and coconut-galangal sauce.
Afterwards you will explore the taste of Peking duck made in stone oven with foie gras, where the taste is enriched with spring onion, cucumber and our chinese pancake.
Our Chef creativity turned into final course, beef fillet USDA Prime with shiitake, mushroom De la mort and mushroom- pepper sauce.
At the end we will serve our Dragon Ball, chocolate body conceals inside forest fruit, yuzu sorbet, matcha cake and chilli.
